1. About BD Goods

BD Goods is an online grocery and halal food delivery service operating in Lisbon and surrounding areas in Portugal, serving primarily the Bangladeshi community.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

3. Products & Availability

  • All products listed are subject to availability
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only
  • We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue products at any time

Because we sell fresh and perishable goods, availability may vary.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Any applicable delivery fees will be shown before order confirmation

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Other payment methods as listed on the website

We do not store payment card details on our systems.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once accepted by BD Goods
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Incorrect pricing or information
    • Suspected fraud or misuse

You will be informed if an order cannot be fulfilled.

6. Delivery Polic

  • Delivery is available only in selected service areas
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

BD Goods is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
  • Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible

Due to the nature of perishable food items, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis, in line with EU consumer regulations.

9. User Responsibilities

Any misuse may result in service restriction or refusal.

  • Products may contain or come into contact with allergens
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and ingredients
  • BD Goods is not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by incorrect product information

All content on the BD Goods website, including:

  • Images
  • Design elements

is the property of BD Goods and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BD Goods shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
